Chef Daniel Lee of Brasserie on the Eighth presents a four-course degustation menu with cuts selected from Australian premium marbled beef producer – Rangers Valley, featuring M5 Black Angus Beef Tartare and Eight Hours Slow Braised Grain-Fed Beef Cheeks and Savoy Roulade priced at HK$888* plus 10% service charge per person.

Grilled M5 Black Angus Mignon, M5 Black Angus Striploin and Rangers Valley Wagyu Porterhouse also feature as the region’s highlighted cuts from our a la carte menu.
