To honor the harvests of the tuber, this culinary gem will be the protagonist of Nicholini’s special seasonal menu featuring a spectacular feast steeped in the earthy scent of truffles and myriads of quality fresh produce.

Served from now till the end of the season, the menu drawn up by chef Riccardo Catarsi comprises a variety of dishes that exemplify the gustatory excellence of the “white diamond”.
