Highlights of the exquisite menu include White Asparagus, Castelmagno Cheese and Chanterelle Risotto and Breaded Veal Escalopes with White Asparagus. Spring into summer with this limited edition vegetable pairing with premium German wines hand-picked by the Hotel Sommelier. This one-night dinner is price at $1,288* per person.
To sample this luxurious vegetable, a line-up of specially crafted white asparagus dishes are available at Brasserie on the Eighth and Nicholini’s from now until season ends. Chef Daniel at Brasserie on the Eighth will present these earthy stalks in the classic style to fully showcase its natural qualities. At Nicholini’s, Chef Ricardo has paired up simple seasonal ingredients from Italy with the hand-picked white asparagus for a palatable taste of Italian Spring.
