Golden Leaf teams up with Bouchard Père & Fils, one of the oldest wine estates in Burgundy, France to release two special dinner menus. While enjoying the pinnacle of local cuisine, diners’ experience will be further elevated by the fine wines hand-picked by hotel sommelier.
For almost four centuries, Bouchard has been harnessing the fine terriors of Côte de Beaune, Burgundy to produce some the best wines in France – among the 130 hectares of vineyards owned by the brand, 12 are classified as grand cru and 74 premier cru.
To appreciate the nectar made thousands of miles away, Golden Leaf’s executive chef Tony Wan Chung-Yiu devises two dinner menus showcasing the most sophisticated culinary ingredients techniques in Cantonese cuisine
The Bouchard wine-pairing menus are available during dinner. The degustation and premium menus respectively priced at HK$1,480* and HK$2,500* per person.
