This summer, Chef Daniel at Brasserie on the Eighth will present a line-up of dishes featuring the seasonal mushrooms and black truffle, highlighted dishes include Classic Creamy Chanterelle Soup, French Bouchot Mussels & Chanterelle Risotto and Roasted Iberico Pork Loin with Chanterelle Espuma.
