The new Sunday Brunch experience features a spectacular array of fall seasonal produce, free-flowing Perrier-Jouët champagne and champagne-infused cocktails – with towering views of Hong Kong as the backdrop. Various live cooking stations will be scattered around the space to prepare enticing dishes right in front of the patrons, while beloved delicacies from Nicholini’s and Brasserie on the Eighth will also make their way onto the menu on a breezy autumn Sunday morning.
