The summer dishes feature premium, seasonal ingredients from land and sea. Besides that, chef Riccardo Catarsi pushes the envelope to invigorate the classic Italian recipes with an innovative and playful style of presentation. Many of the creations can be ordered individually, or be found in the set menus varying from three to five courses.
Menu highlights include Hokkaido Scallops with Oyster Sorbet, Sicilian Red Prawn Carpaccio, Pappardelle with Porcini Mushrooms and Slow Cooked Lamb, plus M7 Australian Wagyu Sirloin. Complete the dinner with a choice of homemade Italian dessert.
