The white truffle season returns this fall at Nicholini’s, featuring with an array of new creations crafted by Chef Riccardo Catarsi. Featured dishes manifest how Chef Riccardo casts a wonderful light on the aromatic seasonal harvest from Alba, Piedmont.

Fusing inspirations from his hometown Livorno and his contemporary approach to authentic Italian cuisine, the white truffles are paired with a range of pedigreed ingredients in his new creations that are available from 12 October onwards.
