Golden Leaf’s Chinese chef Tony Wan Chung-Yiu debuted the Mini Musang King Durian Mooncakes, whose deep aroma of “the king of fruits” will make an immediate impression at moon-gazing parties. Encased in the gilded cookie crust is egg custard and the velvety puree made with top-notch Malaysian musang king durian. Expect the fruit’s distinctive flavour penetrating your mouth upon the first bite.
