Chef’s Note

Golden Leaf’s Executive Chef Tony Wan is a no stranger to the team. He first joined Golden Leaf in 1995 and honed the skill from the Master Chef Dai Long, then the Michelin-starred Chef So. After rejoining the team in 2015, Chef Wan carries on the legacy of the restaurant for its authenticity in Cantonese cuisine.
