- Louis Dousset (Verzenay)
- Regis Poissinet (Marne Valley)
- Elemart Robion M321 (Vallee de l’Andre)
Champagne Billecart-Salmon – Sous Bois, A Conrad Hong Kong Exclusive
Champagne Billecart-Salmon – Sous Bois, matured for six years and bearing the logos of Conrad Hong Kong and Pacific Bar on the bottle. This marks the first time Billecart-Salmon, a family-run estate established in the 1800s, collaborates with a Hong Kong hotel. This exclusive bottle’s (priced at HK$1,480) notes of wild strawberry and raspberry are reinforced by intense aromas of flower, cranberry and citrus, while a clean aftertaste concludes an excellent tasting experience.
